This room was modern and also very pretty.
The check-in process lacked organization. I literally had to check with the front desk each time. Hotel staff did not text nor call me about anything.

The check-in process was quick and efficient, a great start to my stay. My room had amazing views of the river and surrounding buildings! Breakfast offered many choices, including delicious, healthy options such as red fish.
The staff was not always easy to understand. Limited English was a barrier.

The immediate access to the foot bridge is convenient! two malls are nearby, which makes shopping and dining very easy. The location was great. I found this feature beneficial .

The reception staff tried to accommodate guests who did not speak the language very well. The porters also attended to me when I carried luggage. The staff are helpful. The hotel team delivers good support.
